Breasts can lose fullness and shape after pregnancy. A breast lift can be effective in lifting the nipple and giving the breast a more lifted and harmonious shape. A breast lift preserves the fullness of the breast.
Many patients want to restore the volume of their breasts back to how they were before one or more pregnancies. There are several options, the most common of which are breast augmentation with silicone implants (silicone nipples) and breast augmentation with your own fat.
Abdominoplasty can effectively tighten the skin on the abdomen after childbirth. Abdominoplasty is often combined with liposuction of the front of the abdomen, hip and waist and correction of split abdominal muscles, where appropriate.
Rectus diastasis, i.e. split abdominal muscles, can be corrected by an abdominoplasty. This results in a flatter stomach, but just as importantly, or perhaps even more importantly, it increases the functional strength of the core muscles.
Fat deposits in so-called "problem areas", i.e. areas that cannot be slimmed down through diet and exercise, can be effectively treated with liposuction. Typical areas can be below the navel, hip and waist, outer thighs and inner knees.

We recommend total abstinence from alcohol for the first week after surgery. After this, you can allow yourself a moderate intake, but we recommend keeping the intake at a low level until the wounds and scars have healed properly, preferably 4 to 6 weeks after surgery.
