When you fill in our contact forms; "appointment booking" or "consultation", this information goes to our CRM system and our own patient record system. Here we request information such as name, e-mail, date of birth and telephone number. We need this information in order to be able to process the inquiry, and it will be stored for as long as it is relevant for us to retain it. We strive not to keep your details longer than necessary and follow strict guidelines for privacy and GDPR.
In order to optimize and further develop our website, we collect necessary information about your visit to klinikk-a.no. This includes information about which browser you use, as well as your operating system, screen size, device and the duration of your visit. This information is stored by third parties such as Google Analytics, and will be stored there for the period specified by these services. The information is only used for internal review in connection with the optimization of the website, and it is not shared with third parties.
Each visit to our website will also be logged on our data processor's servers and will contain information about IP address, browsers, operating systems, usage/navigation etc. We use this information for troubleshooting and rectifying any deviations and do not share it with any third parties. We only use this information to process your customer relationship and it is stored in our CMS system, as well as our own patient record system.
We will retain the information you provide for as long as it is necessary to perform the service in question or to process the request. You have the right to complain to Danish Data Protection Agency if the personal data is processed in violation of the rules.
The general manager of Klinikk A is at all times responsible for the processing of personal data collected. He/she is responsible for ensuring that internal controls are implemented with regard to the processing of personal data, and that any deviations from applicable guidelines and legislation are reported and corrected.
